Replacements

My game was delivered, but the gamebox arrived damaged. What can I do?

Please send an email to shipping.issues@tabula.games and our support team will reach out to our logistics partner who handled the delivery.

My game was delivered, but some components are missing/damaged. What can I do?

Feel free to contact us at replacements@tabula.games and an automatic email will lead you to a replacement form. After you fill in the form, your replacement request will be automatically registered.

When can I expect the replacements to be shipped?

Please take into consideration that we usually ship the replacements in waves via international mail after the global fulfillment is complete. Additionally, we need to gather a high number of parcels in order to bring them to the post office. For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee shipping dates in advance. Our support team always sends out notifications, though, so you will receive an email when your parcel will be shipped.

Change of Address

How can I change my shipping address in Backerkit?

You just need to go to your order’s link. Then click the top-right corner where it says "Edit Your Order" and click "Edit Shipping Info". Otherwise, if the orders have already been locked, you will find “Edit Your Address”, instead.

My address information is not editable anymore. What can I do?

This means it is not possible to change your address on our end anymore, since we have already forwarded all backers’ delivery information to our logistics partners.

You can contact our partner Funagain Logistics by sending an email to help@funagainlogistics.com. You need to specify the name of the project in the subject and provide them with your complete and updated address.

I live in an Asian country

You can contact our partner VFI Asia by sending an email to support@vfiasia.zohodesk.com. You need to specify the name of the project in the subject and provide them with your complete and updated address.

I live in a European country

You can reach our support at support@tabula.games. You need to specify the name of the project in the subject and provide them with your complete and updated address. They will contact our logistics partners directly to assist you.

Returning Backers - Tabula Pulse

I have registered already

I am one of your Returning backers and I have registered to Tabula Pulse, but I don’t see the charge relative to the current project in my account, nor the matching rewards in my order, is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. Take into consideration that the amount of charge you have the very moment you back a project, grants you the matching rewards for that project. In fact, the charge associated with the currently backed project will count for the next one, indeed. The charge and rewards relative to the current project will be added to your account after we close the late pledge of that project.

In the past, I backed one of your projects with one email address. Then, I changed my email address and backed another project of Tabula Games. Will I receive the charge in Tabula Pulse for both projects?

Take into account that for our projects and initiatives (such as Tabula Pulse) it is mandatory that each backer has one email address only. Don’t worry, your charge won’t get lost. If you used another email address to back another project of ours, please send an email with your current address to our support team at support@tabula.games and add the previously used email address to cc. Our support team will manually change your email both in Tabula Pulse and in Backerkit. Keep in mind that from now on you will need to use that email only.

I am trying to access my Tabula Pulse profile and it says my credentials are not valid, even if they are the same I always used. What can I do?

This might be a case sensitive issue, so be sure to insert your email address correctly and without capital letters. If the problem still persists, you can try the recovery password procedure in the next FAQ, or contact our support team by sending an email to support@tabula.games and add “Tabula Pulse - login issues” in the object.

I am a new backer, I did not register yet

I clicked “Verify my email” to access my Tabula Pulse account, but it doesn’t work. What can I do?

Take into consideration that the link you are referring to is for our returning backers only who were already sent the invitation link but are not able to retrieve it. Since you are a new backer, you will receive your invitation link to Tabula Pulse after we close the late pledge of our last project. That link will allow you to get access to your account. Where can I get your previously released games?

I live in the European Union

You can have a look at our ecommerce, where you will also find items relative to our games, like Artbooks, Roll-ups, and so on. If you don’t find the game you are looking for, we recommend you to keep following us. In fact, in our projects' pledge managers and late pledges we usually add some of our previous games (based on each worldwide hub's availability), so be sure to stick with us!

Refund Policies

Can I get a refund for the game I backed?

Less than 14 days after the end of the campaign have passed

We are able to refund you the full amount of your pledge. You just need to send an email to support@tabula.games and add the name of the project and “Refund request” in the object, our support team will help you with the procedure.

More than 14 days after the end of the campaign have passed

We are able to refund only the 90% of your pledge, since the 10% went for the Kickstarter and processing fees. You just need to reach our support at support@tabula.games and add “Refund request” to the object of your email and our support team will assist you.

The game is currently being produced/assembled or delivered

We are not able to issue refunds right away. You will need to wait for the game to be produced, assembled, received by the fulfillment centers and delivered to you. Then you can contact our support at support@tabula.games, adding the name of the project and “Refund request” to the object of your email. Our support team will provide the delivery address where you can ship the game and, as soon as we receive the parcel, our support will assist you with the refund procedure for the whole game (shipping cost excluded).
