Keep everything neat and ready for your next game.

Each piece has its place to make setup faster and protect the game from damage.
Clear spaces, organized trays, and a snug fit help you keep everything tidy and ready for your next session.

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Put all Movement tokens in slot A (top left).

Place the top parts of the small Ruins in slot B, next to the Hurls tokens and the Hatchery & Seed Mortar tiles (slots C and D).

Put all Monoliths in slot E, then Walls & Gates in F, and Wound Crystals in G.

Place Gold and Materials in slot H, above the three slots for mini-euro cards. Sort all mini-euro cards (Armors, Spells, Spawn Direction, Urban Quest, Monster Cards, not Perk Cards) into three piles and place them in slots I, J, and K.

Put the loose Ruin bases in slot L, leaving space for Ballistas and Catapults beside them.

Place the four Mages in slot M; the Magic Circle goes on top later.

In slot N, place unassembled Trees, assembled Watchtowers, and low Obstacles (some low Obstacles can also go in O).
Finally, put all Flames in slot P.

Step 2

Place all assembled Buildings and Ruins in slots A, B, C, D, E, and L.
Then, put the assembled Magic Circle in slot M.

Step 3

Place the 2 Short Mist Boards on top of the mini-euro cards in slots I, J, and K.

Step 4

Put all four dice in slot Q, the mini-euro Perk cards in slot R, and the Mana Crystals in slot S.

Place each Hero Card with its 4 Action tokens inside their respective Hero Chest, then put the 4 Hero Chests into slots T.

In the Common Stash Chest, place the Potion tiles, Reroll tokens, First Player token, and Fate coin, then place it in slot U.

Step 5

Place all Spawn Pattern cards in slot S, on top of the Mana Crystals.

Then, put all Poker cards in slot V.

Step 6

Take all Mist Puzzle Frame Boards and the remaining Long Mist Board.

We suggest dividing them like this:

  • On the left: the Long Mist Board and the three flat Puzzle Frame boards (without convex edges).

  • On the right: the other five Puzzle Frame boards.
Make sure all convex puzzle edges face upward, so they don’t press on the Poker cards below.

Step 7

Use the wedge on the right side of the tray lid to place the Shop Board horizontally at the top.

Keep the 3 Terrain Boards, 4 Reference Sheets, Status Notepad, and Extra Rulesheet aside.

Step 8

Finally place all 3 Terrain Boards, 4 Reference Sheets, Status Notepad, and Extra Rulesheet on top of the Shop Board, horizontally.

Step 9

Proceed with the miniatures’ tray. The Bulky miniatures can be placed inside it with their colored bases attached.

Step 10

Place the Town Board in the center, on top of the miniature tray.

Step 11

Next, place the Day and Night rulebooks.

Step 12

And you’re done! Put the lid back on the box, and your game is ready for the next play!
